Chip Coto is a senator around the age of 50. He has a wife named Diana. In the episode, He did what he wanted. He told Kathryn Kennish he had dreams about her, and he wish he could see through her dress. He had an affair with one of his interns, Parker, who was also Daphne Vasquez's friend and might have gotten her pregnant. He was blackmailed by Daphne and Jace to drop the abstinence-only clause in the education bill. He later found out it was Daphne and that the only way to not turn her in is for her to pay a fine of $50,000.
