"Expulsion From the Garden of Eden"[title 1] is the fifteenth episode of ABC Family's Switched at Birth Season One and the series overall. It was written by Chad Fiveash and James Stoteraux, and directed by Steve Miner. It was originally aired on January 31st, 2012.

Plot[]

Bay meets Emmett's dad and Olivia, his dad's girlfriend, when she helps Emmett move in. Olivia stops by Emmett's room while they're decorating, and she invites Bay to spend the night in their home whenever she wants.

Meanwhile, Daphne meets a female friend of John's at the car wash and suspects the worst. When Daphne confronts John, he explains that she is just a reporter, who also wanted to write a book on the switch.

When Kathryn runs into Angelo at the market, she invites him to family dinner, but the evening dissolves into an argument upon the revelation that Angelo has criminal charges against him. Angelo leaves, and Daphne confronts Regina for defending him. Regina confesses that she is still in love with Angelo and that maybe she never fell out of love with him at all. When Bay goes looking for Angelo, she discovers he's missing. Back at the Kennish residence, Adrianna surprises everyone when she admits she turned Angelo in to the authorities.

Kathryn invites Angelo over to dinner. Bay meets Emmett's father Cameron and his girlfriend, Olivia. As Daphne is working in the car wash she notices that John has a meeting in the cafe with an old friend. Bay is shocked to find out that Emmett is not a virgin; and Emmett is slightly surprised that she is. Daphne finds out Wilke took each girl he went out with to the same place he took her and confronts him. Bay and Emmett make out on his couch.Then they both plan to have sex after the dinner with Angelo. During dinner Kathryn receives a phone call, finding out that Angelo is a fugitive. Bay and Emmett have an argument about Angelo, when Emmett apologizes Bay pulls herself out of his arms and says, "If you think there's any chance of us sleeping together tonight, then you are higher than your Dad!" She later goes to Angelo's apartment and sees he is not there, suspecting that Kathryn and John have reported him to the police. At the end Regina's mother admits she reported him, leaving everyone in shock.
